This may include, but is not limited to, analyzing trends, creating reports, and developing strategies to enhance the sector. You also agree that your solution might be included in a map of biobased materials around the world, which will be shared with stakeholders and the public. Any additional information used for external purposes (such as trends, reports, etc.) will be anonymized.

3. Confidentiality: Built by Nature commits to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and to use it only for the purposes outlined above, unless otherwise required by law.

4. Accuracy of Information: You affirm that all information provided in your application is accurate, complete, and true to the best of your knowledge.

5. No Obligation: Submission of an application does not create any obligation on Built by Nature to provide any form of compensation or to enter into any agreement.

6. Use of Funds: You affirm that your intended use of the funds, should you win the prize, will be for impactful purposes in the public's benefit. The money must be used for activities that further the public good, such as improving the impact of a product, sharing openly accessible research and learnings, or creating a pilot for social benefit. 

7. Changes to Terms: Built by Nature reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the relevant platform.
