This Handbook shares lessons learned from the Healthy, Clean Cities: EUropean CIties for climate-Neutral COnstruction (EU CINCO) project. Contains resources and step-by-step processes to align stakeholders’ efforts around objectives of carbon reduction, greater circularity in the built environment and leveraging urban projects to influence changes in the supply chain. Designed as an interactive manual and tracking instrument, the Handbook helps users better understand the metrics used by different actors and their use to create benchmarks, visualise processes and create models for collaborative decision making.
