Cromwell’s platform comprises 350+ staff in 20 offices in 15 countries across Australia, New Zealand and Europe. White Arkitekter is one of Scandinavia’s leading architectural practices. They work in an international context with the mission to enable sustainable life through architecture. Their vision is that all our architecture will be climate neutral through design excellence by 2030.

White have offices around the world, including in London, Oslo, Stockholm and Stuttgart. They have been the designers behind some of the most impressive timber buildings constructed to date, including the Sara Kulturhaus in Skelleftea. Their London office is currently working on the Velindre Cancer Centre, a new specialist hospital in Wales for the NHS, who claim this will be the "UK's most sustainable hospital."

Waugh Thistleton Architects (WTA) is a Shoreditch based architectural practice producing thoughtful and sustainable projects in its own neighbourhood and beyond. The practice is a world leader in engineered timber and pioneer in the field of tall timber buildings. In their home city of London, WTA have designed and delivered exemplar timber residential and commercial buildings, including Dalston Lane, Murray Grove, Orsman Road with their most recent design, for The Office Group, being The Black & White Building, setting a new precedent for all-timber office construction in the UK. 

More broadly Waugh Thistleton has experience in delivering a wide range of building types in multiple geographies, including affordable housing, private residential projects, offices and commercial spaces, and mixed-use, cultural and leisure.

Human Nature is bringing forward the Phoenix project in Lewes, a walkable, low-traffic neighbourhood primarily constructed in sustainable timber and built around a culture of shared living.

Gallagher's real estate division in London has built expertise in insuring timber buildings, under the guidance of Director of Sustainable Real Estate, Dominic Lion. Dominic has been a part of Built by Nature's UK network since it's inception.

Bennetts Associates

Bennetts Associates is an architecture practice formed in 1987 by Rab and Denise Bennetts. They are an employee-owned trust of around 70 people and since 2022, a certified B Corp® with offices in London, Edinburgh and Manchester.

Bennetts have been a leading voice on climate mitigation in the built environment, involving themselves in multiple cross-industry networks in the UK. They are the architects designing Landsec's pioneering Timber Square development in Southwark, a 14 storey part-retrofit part-new build office development.

Redevco

Redevco are a one-stop-shop for real estate management services. In April 2022, Redevco acquired a majority stake in redos, the Hamburg-based large-scale retail and urban logistics property investment specialist, which brought their total Assets under Management to around €9.9 billion. Redevco manage 356 assets in 12 countries across various portfolios for multiple investor clients. These properties comprise almost 4 million m2. of space and represent more than 3,500 tenancies.

Redevco are part of COFRA, a diversified group of companies whose heritage dates back 180 years to the founding of C&A.
